For on-line orders
We are only able to accept PayPal.
Post and Packaging Fee
We use couriers within Australia .
International orders should check postage by emailing your order to us.
On-line orders will normally be dispatched within 7 days.
Orders placed by phone, fax or mail will not be processed until payment has been confirmed.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
If your choice turns out to be not quite what you had in mind just send it back within one week of receipt and we’ll happily swap it or provide a refund.
The cost of getting the goods back to us is yours but we will cover the cost of sending any replacement to you.

If you think there is a problem with any item in your order please contact us directly with your concerns and we’ll make arrangements as necessary. This should be done within thirty days of receiving your order.

We do not provide any third parties with your personal details unless absolutely required as part of the order fulfilment process (banks or courier companies for example) Your contact information and billing details are needed for Star Mallets to create your account and to process and deliver your orders.
